I truly enjoyed the breakfast, which was extensive and offered plenty of options. The hotel had a nice aesthetic vibe with well-maintained facilities, including a lovely outdoor garden and pool area that allowed me to relax beautifully throughout my stay.
Staff's attentiveness was lacking.

The location offered convenient access to local attractions
but the staff's inattentiveness was a letdown. The bathroom facilities felt cramped, lacking adequate counter space. Amenities like the breakfast were good, though service was slow. Overall, it had potential but left a bit to be desired.

The hotel’s aesthetics are striking and have tons of potential.
My experience at Hotel Nuve Gomez Palacio was frustrating. Upon arrival, the front desk staff seemed more interested in their phones than in assisting us. To add to our misery, we lost all water on the first morning, and never once received a warm shower throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly hard, making sleep a challenge, and the overall attentiveness of the staff left much to be desired.

A garden oasis in the city
The lovely outdoor pool area was my favorite spot, surrounded by lush gardens where I could unwind after my exhausting meetings. The hotel’s overall aesthetic is charming and inviting.
While the aesthetics were delightful, the staff’s attentiveness left a bit to be desired, which sometimes made interactions feel a bit lacking.

The hotel has a beautiful outdoor pool and a lovely garden area that provided a fantastic place to unwind after a busy day. The breakfast was generous, offering a wide variety of options, although it did take a bit longer than expected to arrive each morning. The aesthetics of Nuve are striking, and it certainly has the potential to be a great stay!

The Standard Queen Room was decent enough for my stay. It wasn't the most spacious, but the bed was really comfy. I appreciated the clean vibe overall, though it had some minor wear and tear. Also, the TV worked perfectly, which was a nice plus. Just wish the bathroom was a bit bigger!

decent stay with room for improvement
I appreciated the hotel's good location, making it easy to meet my needs. The outdoor pool area provided a lovely garden view, which was a fantastic spot to relax after a long day. The room was adequately clean, and I found the bed quite comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
However, the overall value for the cost felt lacking, especially considering the amenities provided.
